All times are Irish Standard Time (IST/GMT). Emergency consultations may be available outside these hours.

After payment, you will receive a link to choose your preferred time slot. You can also send your case documents in advance so we can prepare.
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no extra charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Yes. All case information is treated as confidential. Calls are not recorded unless you request it. Documents are stored securely and deleted after 90 days.
If your case involves multiple providers, multiple regulatory bodies, or potential court action, consider the Case Support package for ongoing assistance. We can discuss this during the consultation.
